The viniculture is a process and an art that accompanies the man throughout our civilization. The wine has become a symbolic product and is present in cultural and even sacred dimensions of humanity. From the seventeenth century, the Enology and the Architecture definitively tied themselves, and those spaces in which the wine is produced started to mean much more. Fundamental in the consolidation strategy of a brand, the Architecture has proved to be a powerful source of meaning, going far beyond the productive process. This relationship between Architecture and Enology is not being developed in professional technical schools. Having concluded that breach in the enology educational programs and the importance to improve the architecture skills of enologists as a decision support tool, this paper aims to create learning material with its content. Directed to the technical education of the enologist, key professional in the process of wine making, this material intends to fill this gap and to deliver solid, organized information, with clear and easily accessible language. This paper also discusses the wine tourism facilities and their interrelation with the productive spaces. With many years of experience in the field of wine production as an architect, the author seeks to create an agile, simple and dynamic tool that allows enologists to act firmly in their decisions about the constructions.
