SUMMARY:

Serra Gaúcha is one of the most widespread Brazilian regions when it comes to wine tourism and experience tourism in a wine region. Therefore, the region has a vast amount of family wineries and a lot of wine tourism in the most diverse styles. Vinhos Foresti is a family winery, however, it still does not offer any wine tourism experience within its property. However, entrepreneurs want to increase their services and revenue, the activity of wine tourism. Thus, the following problem arises in this study: what is the feasibility of implementing experience wine tourism in a family wine estate in Serra Gaúcha? Thus, the contextualization that the Business Plan intervenes as a strategy that allows achieving the global objectives from the tools that it uses to diagnose and position the company, therefore, as a general objective of the study, it will be sought to present forms of applicability of the Business Plan in real situations of family wineries, through a single case study. Thus, the study begins a theoretical-empirical discussion relating strategic management through a Business and Tourism Plan, with the proposition of an experience design applied to the reality of Vinhos Foresti to encourage the insertion of experience tourism in the property.
