This dissertation, entitled "A dialogic analysis of students' perceptions and needs in the teaching-learning process: A field research in distance technical education in the administration course", investigates the perceptions and needs of students in the teaching-learning process of the distance technical course in administration. The study identifies students' perceptions and needs in relation to distance learning and proposes suggestions for improving the course. As a result, an educational product was developed, the "Teaching Guide: Learning trails for the technical course in EAD Administration", which aims to facilitate autonomous learning, promote the practical application of theoretical concepts and prepare students for real-world challenges. in business administration. This work contributes to the construction of a quality pedagogical process within the scope of ProfEPT, strengthening Teaching and Professional and Technological Education.
