AFTER ALL, WHAT ARE AFFIRMATIVE ACTIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF EPT? SUBSIDIES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF INSTITUTIONAL POLICIES FROM LISTENING
TO IFRS NAAFS MEMBERS
Affirmative Actions, Professional Education, Diversity, Inclusion.
This study aims to investigate which conceptions and practices permeate the performance of members of the Affirmative Actions Centers, analyzing the extent to which they affect the consolidation of IFRS institutional policies, thus producing theoretical and methodological subsidies that enhance and promote initial and continuing education. For this, we will adopt a qualitative approach through participatory research and in data collection we will use documentary research. The study will also have the participation of members of NAFFS, through the application of a questionnaire to be made available through sharing through google forms. The data produced will be used to prepare a guide with theoretical support aimed at improving and/or resizing the practices developed by the teams that make up the NAAF's. It also aims to promote the implementation and/or consolidation of institutional policies for affirmative action and for the development of actions aimed at initial and continuing education on issues affecting the nucleus.
