RESUMO:

The project aims to contribute both from an academic and practical point of view, as it proposes the development of a platform called "VINHAGO", which aims to disseminate the available resources, providing through innovation access to information and economic sustainability of small vineyards, which today total over fourteen thousand (14,000) in Rio Grande do Sul alone. It should be noted that grape production is present in almost all Brazilian states and presents distinct regional characteristics such as production cycles, cultivars, harvest time and type of conduction and management. The platform will provide interconnections that are not so easily present and accessible in the field. It will also allow from simple information search methods to information that can represent a competitive differential for small and medium companies, thus providing cost reduction, information access and assertive implementation of new technologies. In addition, the wide potential of application of a georeferenced database stands out, since it allows not only obtaining information on the amount of labor available, but to relate more effectively to this information, verifying bottlenecks, spatially, with socioeconomic variables, labor availability, which can impact on the maintenance and development of the small producer and the wine sector. The present work is characterized as a project of technological development, of a predominantly exploratory nature. Its general objective is to implement a platform for contracting labor for the viticulture sector in Rio Grande do Sul. Therefore, the research is structured in four specific objectives: a) Relate the ways of hiring personnel in the viticultural sector in Rio Grande do Sul; b) Identify the main bottlenecks for hiring personnel in the productive chain in Rio Grande do Sul; c) Propose business model for the Vinhago platform; d)Develop prototype (MVP) for the platform. For the effective conceptualization of this project will present the characterization of the wine market to better understand its trends and challenges, as well as a brief market study as a support research. To this end, interviews will be conducted from a semi-structured script, conducted with key professionals in the viticulture sector and for the development of the platform will use low code development software.
