GAMIFICATION FOR TEACHERS IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION MANAGEMENT AREA OF THE INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE EDUCAÇÃO CIÊNCIA E TECNOLOGIA DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL

Gamification in teacher education is an important tool that has space in the context of higher education, especially in the context of cyberculture. In this way, the objective of this work is to investigate how contributions from the use of the game in the context of higher education, especially with regard to educational gaps in the teaching-learning process traditionally in these areas. Therefore, it was necessary, at first, to mobilize certain assumptions and concepts connected to the theme as contextualization of higher education in Brazil and the definition of application applied in the teaching of institutions. Methodologically, this work is based on bibliographic research of an exploratory nature, with an application of questions and semi-structured interviews to the target audience in order to achieve the general objectives and those that culminate in the development of educational products, which will be a course at the MOOC made available to participants. As the preliminary results realize that a gamification can be an important tool to be used in higher education, these purposes can save some educational gaps related to the context of traditional education practiced by teachers and in the current reality to which students are inserted.
